SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH határok / lendület / varázslat 4 napos intenzív Kontakt Improvizáció kurzus és Underscore Jam Anya Cloud vezetésével Anya Cloud amerikai táncművész, alkotó, pedagógus, aktivista először jár Budapesten és tart nyitott kontakt improvizáció kurzust. A 4 napos kurzuson a test gravitációval való kapcsolatát vizsgáljuk támogató és kizökkentő módokon, egyéni, páros és csoportos feladatokon keresztül. A kutatási, gyakorlási terep megteremtéséhez először a teret hangoljuk, majd felépítjük és felidézzük a kontakt improvizáció alaptechnikáit, amelyek számtalan megközelítésből akár meglepni is képesek minket. A Feldenkrais Metodika® megközelítése, fókuszai, gyakorlatai segítségével mélyebbre ásunk a mozgás mintáink felfedezésében, növeljük lehetőségeinket, szélesítjük mozgásminőségünk határait, gyakoroljuk táncunk fenntarthatóságát és érezzük emberi mivoltunkat. Különböző hosszúságú ideig végzett gyakorlatokkal megfigyeljük, hogyan változtatja meg létezésünket és táncunkat az azokra szánt idő. Dolgozunk a dezorientációval, a „zavartsággal”, így puhán és könnyedén találunk rá határainkra. Dolgozunk még a sebességgel, lendülettel, gömbölyűséggel. Bizonytalan és átjárható fizikális állapotokat használunk ahhoz, hogy táncunk érzékenységének lehetőségeit provokáljuk. A fizika, fizikalitás és különböző állapotaink intenzív figyelésén keresztül megtapasztaljuk, mire van még lehetőségünk. Komponálás? Határátlépés? Előadás? Varázslat? Majd mindezt egy teljes testet igénybe vevő, izgalmas, tartalmas kontakt-táncba visszük. Hogyan tudunk kifinomultak és elszántak lenni a gyakorlás és kutatás közben azáltal, hogy benne maradunk, jelen vagyunk és rizikót vállalunk? Mit kíván ez tőlünk? Táncunk közben hogyan tesszük le feltételezéseinket? Mindez együtt egy radikális függetlenséget és felelős társas jelenlétet adhat. Underscore Jam: A Nancy Stark Smith által kifejlesztett „Underscore” egy megalapozott és összetett keretet ad a Kontakt Improvizáció gyakorlásához. Évtizedek elkötelezett kutatása és a forma folyamatos gyakorlása által letisztult „Underscore" keretrendszere lehetőséget teremt, hogy a test megélésének mélységében vizsgáljuk a kontakban kibontakozó táncokat. A gyakorlás számtalan úton vezethet el a tiszta, tagolt, pontos táncokhoz. Részei a megérkezés; személyes hangolódás; térbeli kapcsolódások; különböző bevonódások; kísérletezések; játékok; kutatási és megosztási módok. Mindez támogatja az egyéni felfedezést és működést, egyben a közösséget egy felelős együttműködés felé tereli. A program a GPS (Golbal Practice Sharing) együttműködés keretében valósul meg a Műhely Alapítvány és Kontakt Budapest szervezésében, a New York-i Movement Research közreműködésével és a Trust for Mutual Understanding támogatásával. Contact Improvisation is a central aspect of her work and has already hold CI courses and workshops at several festivals including Freiburg, Ibiza, wcciJam, and Salt Dance Fest. She holds an MFA in Dance Theatre and currently teaches in Dance Studies at California State University San Marcos, whole also being in the first year of the Feldenkrais™ Certification Training Program. www.anyacloud.com About the workshop: This Contact Improvisation workshop will consider the body's relationship with gravity in supportive and destabilizing ways through solo, duet, small group, and ensemble practices. Tuning the volume of space will be central to creating a research oriented platform for embodied learning. We will build and remember fundamental CI skills that can be applied and surprise in many directions. We will also integrate practices and approaches from the Feldenkrais Method® to more deeply investigate patterning, increase options, broaden qualitative range, practice sustainably, and feel our humanness. We will work with durational practices and notice how time changes our being and dancing. We will work with disorientation. We will find soft and generous edges. We will work with velocity and momentum. We will work with sphericity. We will cultivate precarious and permeable states of physicality to provoke sensitized dancing possibilities. Through an intense focus on physicality, physics, and state we will notice what else becomes available. Composition? Transgression? Performance? Magic? And we will take all of that into juicy, full-bodied contact dancing. How can we be demanding and unrelenting in the research and practice by staying in and present and risk-taking? What is at stake for each of us? How can we not make assumptions within our dancing? This means radical independence and responsible citizenship. The program will be closed by an Underscore Jam event on 15th June, that is a grounded and complex container for practicing Contact Improvisation, developed by Nancy Stark Smith. The practice includes a multitude of avenues into rigorous dancing — arriving, discussion, personal tuning, spatial relationships, ways of engaging, experimentation, play, research, and sharing. It supports individual agency and discovery alongside a responsible ensemble trajectory.
