Aquatic Embodiment

Embody the Octopus? The Jellyfish? The elegant Nudibranch? Video projections will transform our space into an aquatic garden. Specially selected clips of marine creatures moving in ways that inspire human movement! This is Ecstatic Dance's wild side! Music that elicits the ocean will be interspersed with gentle verbal invitations. You are invited to wear clothing in ocean tones or flowing garments if that helps you get into the spirit, or simply come as you are. I'm teaching this very unique movement class Tuesday, 7-8pm, called Aquatic Embodyment. Just $20! Includes rad DJ music by the famous Scott Nice 8-10 pm, and a soundbath by my friend Raynsong McMahon. Thanks to Ecstatic Dance Portland, a top-notch female-run production team!
