Are You Syncopated?! 2022

After more than a decade of music activism for early jazz and swing in Berlin, it was about time for the Syncopation Society to come together on a larger scale! Are You Syncopated?! is our most ambitious event yet: four days of jam-packed action dedicated to early jazz with parties for dancers and musicians alike. There will also be a daily program which includes special dance tasters, lectures and panels about black heritage, inclusion, music history and more.
