Or thought that you don't have what it takes to become a juggler? You will be guided through the simple steps of learning the 3 ball cascade and together we will discover the secret of a jugglers mindset The last 20 min will be opened jam for everyone -- Bring your own juggling equipment if you have - If not we will have some spare balls you can play with -- 🔥 18:00-19:00 Letting Go of Fear - physical Theatre Workshop, guided by Oliver Birch Let go, and feel the flow In this one hour workshop in physical improvisation theater, Oliver Birch will guide you through the focus of your body and the tune-in of the hidden aspects of your mind. Together we will enter the "yes mindset" for our selves and each other, And open up for the connection We will go through different exercises to expand our way of physical consciousness 🔥 19:00-22:00 Ecstatic Dance - DJ Grundstoff DJ Grundstoff will take you through a electronic-ethnic-euphoric dansescape, a journey to a wild and raw place with a slow takeoff and landing.
