She has been studying Dance Movement Therapy through West Coast Dance Movement Therapy, 5 Rhythms, Butoh, and other embodied trainings for the past five years. She is currently training in the Tantric Arts and focused on the sociology of sexuality in her BA. She has her 200 hour teacher training in Yoga through Karma Yoga Studios, and a Nature Moves Certificate through the EAT program out of Colorado, USA. Her passion is to guide people back to their internal power & authentic selves. Samantha believes that through the rediscovery of the communication of the body, one can release stagnant energy & negative mental patterns; re-emerging into the sweetness and juicy pleasure of life in yourself and with others. SIREN OF THE ELEMENTS: Siren of the Elements is an ecstatic dance DJ and performance artist who’s found her heart and soul through working with the elements, music, and dancing ~ and is now on a mission to share this medicine with the world. Throughout her travels in Mexico, she worked in ritual with the elements regularly, attended countless ecstatic dance ceremonies, and embarked on a deeply life altering spiritual journey. Upon returning to her hometown in Vancouver BC, she began DJing specifically so she could facilitate ecstatic dance ceremonies and offer experiences to others that may also be life altering. Inspired by tribal instrumentals and angelic frequencies, she curates her sets to speak to a particular feeling. At “As You WISH?” you can expect tribal power, music to help you feel sexy, and lyrics to help you remember your limitless divinity. She’s been regularly DJing Ecstatic Dance ceremonies across the Lower Mainland over the last year and she’s sure to get your bodies flowing and energies shifting in whichever way they need to be moving.
