Attunement in Motion

Attunement in Motion- A movement ritual with cacao and connection I am beyond excited to share my love of movement, cacao and connection at Soul Connections May 17th and June 7th! It will be my first time hosting in their space!! Very excited to bring this to our community. This will be a deeply nourishing, grounding, slow paced, intimate ritual of going inward to feel safe going into connection with others. I will be sharing cacao as an ally to help us go inwards to connect with ourselves in a somatic way. To allow ourselves to feel and attune to our wants, needs, desires. We will then find connection to the earth and ground through somatic movements. After creating safety within ourselves and with consent, I will lead us in connection/ contact exercises that will help us to explore movement with a fellow human. Choosing what is best for you at every moment. Come play, connect, explore with community!
