Auditions for High Maintenance

HIGH MAINTENANCE Directed by Michelle Castro What: Auditions for training team and a performance team. Open to dancers seeking to strengthen their foundation, balance, styling and body control. Training will be salsa/mambo on 2 and focus on solo work. When: Sunday, January 15, 2023. 3-5pm. 2:30 check in. Please be on time. Where: Dance Boulevard, upstairs. Who: Female dancers proficient in all genres and levels are encouraged to participate. DAY OF AUDITION: Please come dressed comfortably in athletic attire, bring water, a towel and dance shoes. We will do a group warm up, across the floor dance exercises, and learn a foot work combo. You will be photographed and recorded, but not posted publicly. If selected: Practices will be held Sundays 8:00pm – 10:30pm and Tuesdays from 8:30 – 11pm. For the month of January, it will be considered a probation period, and dancers will be requested to attend practice on both nights. Starting in February, there will be a training team and a performance team. 1st practice will start Tuesday, January 17th. Dues will be announced at practice.
