Auditions - Salsa On2 ST Dance Project Phoenix

It's that time of the year again!! If you are a salsa dancer looking to grow even more and get additional training, come check out this new choreo projectt!! It's Season 3 of the Selene Tovar Phoenix Dance project starting this month. Last season was a great success and the new choreography is ready! Ladies and Gents are welcomed! The new choreo will focus mostly on Salsa On2 with some Afro-fusion and we will cover the elements listed below. Come challenge yourself and enjoy the process to get to the finished product! Performance is optional. There will be a $10 audition fee. Each week we will focus on these elements of dance: - Developing your own individual style - Shines and footwork - Proper weight transfer and using the floor to move through space more efficiently - Turning and spinning technique - Body movement and isolation - Musicality, timing and syncopation - Performance quality - Attitude, sexiness, flavor, funk and much more..
