In contact dance we explore movement, touch, and presence. We develop trust, let ourselves be vulnerable, and create connection to oneself and the other. This workshop will combine movement and vocal sharing, with intention to cultivate embodied relationships that come from the heart. She loves to share her passion for embodied creativity and her break through key to access more life force - merging contact dance with tantra. Mayu has started to delve into the world of tantra and recently returned from an ISTA L1 training. Movement through dance is one of his pillars in life and you can find him on most ecstatic dance floors. Mayu will be assisting Miwa in this workshop and will bring with him presence and vitality. Together they will create an evening in which you can connect with your creativity and cultivate embodied relationships that come from the heart 🫶🏻
