Emotions are meant to be felt. Learn to get in touch with the part of you that feels. In total there are five pure emotions, from which dozens of artificial emotions are manufactured under the direction of the mind. Emotions are meant to be felt and experienced. It is important to know there is a difference between pure emotion arising out of presence and stored emotion.
