Authentic Relating is a dynamic and fun way to access more understanding conversations with others and the sense of feeling heard. Through the use of interactive partner and group exercises we create a space for you to practice relating authentically and bring your real self to the forefront. We’ll discover what we experience and share our insights, often gaining greater understanding in this focused feedback, dropping into how we identify with each other's vulnerabilities. Then taking this richness, available in all our relationships, out into our lives as we practice staying present and with our truth while feeling, hearing and connecting with others in deep moments of opportunity. ******************************************************************************* All are welcome... alone, with a partner, a parent, or friends... simply bring the desire to connect with others at a deeper level.
