Autumn Equinox Celebration

Dear Everyone, We invite you to celebrate the Equinox together. Come with us on a journey of playfulness, stillness and celebration. The name equinox comes from the Latin aequus (equal) and nox (night). At the equinox, days and nights are equal in length. This season’s equinox marks the beginning of autumn, a season of change, reflection, and gratitude the equinox is a time of balance between light and dark, and it provides a wonderful opportunity for reflection and gratitude. Together with the medicine of cacao, Amber and Gyuri guide you into a process of gratitude and reflection. We will create a space to slow down and listen inwardly, where we become more receptive for the messages of our spirit and body. Using this inner connection we invite our voices to help us transform and integrate our reflections through the art of mantra singing. As the equinox is a celebration of balance, we will open the space for an ecstatic dance experience with a Dj set, to enjoy moving our cells together.
