AVALON MYSTERY JOURNEY

On a journey along the stories of Avalon with meditation, sound and movement to immerse ourselves into the mysteries of these lands. The aim of this event is taking people on a journey to connect with themselves, each other and the land in a natural way, from the heart and not from the mind, being very present and getting their body involved. We will use several practices that will enable that such stories, ritual, meditation, sound, movement and songs. The event will take place in a very special venue on the South side of the magical hill called the Tor. We will experience the powerful energies of these lands and incorporate them into our journeys. PROGRAMME: 11:00 Introduction of the activity, facilitators and participants. Opening of sacred space. 11.30 Nature connection practices: Connection with Earth and Sky, earthing, perceiving through the 5 senses, exercise of tree communication, natural movement, Earth singing. 12.30 - 13.00 Movement meditation. 13:00 -14:00 Lunch break (bring your own or eat with us for £5) 14:00 -14.30 Journey into the land: Guided embodied meditation followed by stories of Avalon to take people on a journey to connect with the energy of the land. 14:30 -16:00 Sound medicine journey: An immersive experience through the full spectrum of sound using a whole range of different instruments from all over the world. 16:00 -18:00 Ecstatic ancestral dance: The movement that started at the end of the sound journey will continue with the music played by the DJ which is tribal, pagan and world style. 18:00 - 18.30 Short break for teas and snacks (we will provide them). 18.30 - 19.30 Medicine songs circle: We will end sharing some medicine songs and mantras to open our hearts and create connection in the group. 19:30 - 20.30 Closure and final sharing.
