• Awakening the Light: A Sound & Dance Journey through the Winter ChillTo thaw frozen hearts, awaken joy, and embrace the warmth of our inner light through ecstatic dance and transformative sound." Ecstatic Dance is a liberating, mindful practice that allows you to fully express yourself through movement, free from judgment or expectation. It’s about letting go, connecting with your body, and following the natural rhythms that arise within you. In this space, there are no wrong moves—only the freedom to move however you feel called in the moment. The Simple Guidelines and Intentions: No Talking on the Dance Floor To maintain the sacredness of the experience, we invite you to refrain from talking while you are dancing. This allows you to focus entirely on your own journey and the energy in the room. Move How You Feel The beauty of Ecstatic Dance is in the freedom to move in your own unique way. You’re invited to let go of any self-consciousness and trust the body to express what it needs to. Whether you feel like flowing, jumping, shaking, or simply swaying—let the music guide you. Respect for the Space and Others Ecstatic Dance is a space of respect and safety. Be mindful of those around you, honoring their personal space while dancing. If you feel the urge to connect with others physically (e.g., a hug or shared movement), ensure it is consensual and welcome.
