BA. Tango Evolution Technique Lab - online edition - is back with this one-time special on Vals! Get a taste of the technical training in our immersion programs with this online class with maestro Sebastian Arrua from Buenos Aires. The workshop will explore the unique music, style, and movement of vals; how we as tango dancers can use and adjust our technique specifically for dancing vals; and particular steps and figures for vals. We will create a fluid process of learning where basic concepts turn into creative movements. We take our dance to the next level when we can combine a higher level of technique with a clear understanding of the improvisation. We look forward to seeing past BA.
