Bachata BOOTCAMP #1

Salsa Roja invites you to our Bootcamp #1 exploring connection and musicality with Dávid and Suzanne from 6-9 followed by a social until 10. In the 3 hours we will explore: the music of bachata - the instruments and their role, how to pick out them out and use them to inform your movement; how to tell a 1 from a 5; how to tell when a break is coming and what to do about it. connection to ourselves and our partner - balance and posture; frame; mindset; energy; different holds and their usage; different types of leading and leading techniques; and practicing these concepts with blindfolds and other props. This bootcamp is open level and costs £10. There will be limited spaces available and we want to make sure there will be an equal amount of leaders and followers, so please let us know in advance if you know you are attending.
