We will learn correct body isolation for bachata (Head-rolls, lateral waves, hip movement, body-rolls). 🔴2nd Hr DISPLACEMENT TECHNIQUE: It’s the technique to move in the dance floor, so you can adapt and enjoy your dance in big spaces as in a very crowded socials. This technique will make your dance smoother using: corner steps, natural turn, Madrid step, open break, cross body, promenade position, switch position, New York position, cuban break and cross body. 🔴30min BREAK with snacks and talks about bachata history, differences between bachata dominican, fusion, moderna, sensual and evolution of bachata music. 🔴3rd Hr TANDEM & SHADOW POSITION: Technique of back to chest positions and the most common exits. 🔴4th Hr SPIN TECHNIQUE: Solo, couple spins, under arm, inside, outside turns, spot technique, redirection spins. 🔴Last 30min Expression and interpretation. The art of sensuality . The real aproach and feeling of Latin American dances, we’ll learn how to express in a better way, we’ll use breathing techniques. 💃🏼 Styling will be explained during all the hours.
