SATURDAY · 9:00 AM: Breakfast (pancakes, eggs, sausage), followed by classes & activities. · 1:00 PM: Lunch (cheeseburgers & fries), followed by classes & dancing. · 6:00 PM: Dinner (BBQ chicken), then break. · 8:00 PM: Class followed by dancing! ARRIVAL · Early arrivals: 11:00 AM Friday. · Most people arrive Friday evening after work. · Look for the "Mountain Retreat" sign—you can’t miss it! · Carne asada dinner starts around 7:00 PM (or when the group decides!). · Friday is also potluck-style, so feel free to bring food to share! WHAT TO BRING · IMPORTANT: Bring your own bedding! (sleeping bag or blankets, pillow and towels). · Warm clothes, toiletries, snacks and anything else you may need! LODGING OPTIONS: Chosen when purchasing passes · BOY SCOUT CABINS (12 available): Heated, co-ed bunk-bed cabins with 12 bunks per cabin. Mattresses provided—bring your own bedding! · CABINS WITH CONNECTED BATHROOMS: These larger cabins house 19 bunk beds and have bathrooms inside (no need to go outside). Book the "Rio Hondo" cabin for these accommodations. · PRIVATE & GROUP LODGING OPTIONS: o WOMEN’S ONLY CABIN: A private cabin for women who prefer more privacy (select "Women’s Cabin" when booking). o QUIET CABIN: A tranquil option for those who need early sleep. o PARTY CABIN: For the night owls—music and fun all night!
