Bachata Competition and Social

Do you think you're a top bachata dancer? Compete for cash prizes at our first ever Bachata Competition. Don't want to compete? Enjoy our social and cheer for your friends! DJ Eddie Midnight will be spinning the hottest salsa and bachata for your dancing pleasure all night long. Come dance and help support EMPulse Dance as we raise funds for our upcoming Bachata Weekender! Location: Salsabrositas Dance Studio Date: June 28 Cover: $10 Cash or Venmo Schedule: 9:00 PM - Doors Open, Social Dancing 10:30 PM - Competition Begins 10:45 - Social Dancing continues until midnight Prizes: 1st Place: $100 + 2 Sat/Sun Passes to the Dancing Into Intermediate Bachata Weekender 2nd Place: $50 Competition Details: Couples will compete against each other in a maximum of 3 rounds. Judges will decide who moves on to the next round. The final round will be a head-to-head dance off with the two top couples. Judges will decide the winner after the last round. No professional dancers will be allowed to compete.
