Le full Pass ne permet pas d'accéder aux intensives workshops , master class , bootcamp . -------------------------------- PROTOCOLE SANITAIRE En maintenant une programmation resserrée , l'organisation va mettre en œuvre les directives nationales ou territoriales en matière sanitaire dans le cadre d’un protocole précis : Les gestes barrières sur le lieu de l’évènement seront respectés : Le rappel des règles et gestes barrière sera affiché dans l’ensemble du lieu de l’événement . Solution hydro alcoolique seront mises à disposition . Un marquage au sol d’un mètre dans les espaces d’attente sera effectué . La circulation des participants sera modifiée avec entrées et sorties différenciées . (entrée et sortie par groupe de 10 personnes maximum) Pour l’ouverture des portes, une personne sera désignée pour assurer l’entrée et sortie des intervenants. Le matériel personnel (ex: stylos) ne devra pas être partagé avec les autres . Le port du masque est recommandé a l'extérieur et obligatoire a l'intérieur , pensez à vous en munir La protection de nos équipes pour vous protéger : Privatisation des lieux intérieurs de l'événement . Limitation des ventes des pass . Marquage des participants par bracelet . Paiement possible par CB sans contact. Des masques seront imposés à l’ensemble de nos équipes et du gel hydro alcoolique leur sera distribué. Des protections en plexiglas seront mises en place devant les guichets d’accueil . À chaque fois que le personnel sera amené à toucher le matériel des participants (artistes, prestataires de service, spectateurs), un lavage systématique des mains sera obligatoire .
