Ladies! come learn to Dance Bachata & Salsa styling with International Artist Kate Virshki. Houston! We are featuring a ladies-only styling class with International Artist Kate Virshki from Russia. We are inviting any ladies that like to enhance their spins, techniques and styling on the dance floor. Kate is visiting houston for just 3 short days. Do not miss this opportunity to train with her. Workshop: Lady styling and movement by Kate Location: Paparruchos Bar & Grill 3055 Sage Rd. Houston, TX Price: Early Bird $25/p or $30 cash at the door Time: 1-3p (2 hours with a 10 min break in between) Bring your cameras! After the class Kate will summarize all the techniques for you to record for future practice. You will learn: Drills for turns, footwork, arm movement, body isolations, following techniques, how to look graceful on the dance floor and more. About Kate Virshki Kate has over 10 years of dance training in Salsa. She has been trained in several forms of dance as well, such as Jazz, Hip-Hop, Latin Fusion, Afro, Dancehall, etc. Kate is always trying to improve her skills. That's what made her travel to New York where she trained at several famous dance schools (Broadway Dance Center, Ailey Extension, Yamulee Dance Company , Capezio Dance Center ), France with Mouaze Konate and Ella, Arab Emirates with Sharmila's Dance Academy, wishing to improve with the best choreographers in the world. In Salsa she trained with the best, such as Alien Ramirez (choreographer of "So you think you can dance" and 24 time World Champion), Eddie Torres The Mambo King and Maria Torres, Franklin Diaz, Grizelle Ponce and Baudi, Charlie and Tania, Rodrigo Cortazar, Sekou and many more. She also competed in the World Latin Dance Cup and Salsa Summit both held in USA Miami. 2014 Second Place in China, Solo Devision. 2016 Third Place in HK World Championship. 2017 First Place in "Defend your Music" China. 2018 First Place in HK World Championship, Ladies Salsa Team.
