Hello Bachateros, We’re really excited to invite you to another special workshop with our talented friend Jan Tabaka, the founder of Bachata Bristol — a popular bachata dance school and community in Bristol! Jan Tabaka is a fitness trainer and acrobatics instructor during the day, and Latin dancer at night. What’s especially interesting is that Jan used to live in Aberdeen, where he attended L.D.Aberdeen classes and learned bachata. During that time, Daniel Gaviao Dance’s passion and enthusiasm deeply inspired Jan’s love for bachata dancing, helping him grow not only as a great dancer but eventually as an instructor. Thanks to his talent and dedication, Jan progressed quickly and soon became well-known across England for his smooth styling and excellent bachata technique. He has been dancing for over 11 years and has also been mentored and trained by top international teachers like Korke & Judith, Luis y Andrea, Gero y Migle, Kike y Nahir, and many more. Jan has been a founder of @bristolbachata school 💚 for over 7 years now - recognised as one of the largest communities in the UK (outside London) - also featured on BBC The One Show and BBC 4. You will find him guest-teaching in many major cities and at big festivals across the UK and internationally (Spain, Turkey, Greece, Denmark, Dubai, and more).
