I decided to volunteer to follow. WOW!!! That day changed my life. I learned what I was doing wrong as a leader…instantly. Every time the leaders did something wrong, I realized my most common mistakes and how to fix them. I immediately started becoming a better lead. Years later, I trained my first dance partner to lead. As I taught her to lead I immediately saw her following improve exponentially.
