Bachata Sensual Foundations

Let's dive more into Sensual Bachata! Join this workshop to continue your improvement journey by fine-tuning your body movement and applying to essential moves used on the dancefloor. You don't need to use force, push, pull or throw yourself around to lead and follow. What you need instead is understanding what the moves are about and mastering their individual technique. This is essential for both leaders and followers as each party need to master their own movement to be able to work together and communicate with each other. During this workshop we will cover the following: - Chest isolation - Cambre - Side dip to body roll - Side waves We will learn how to use controlled and soft body motions and contra motions by diving into body mechanics and dance techniques.
