Bachata Sensual Foundations - 101

While being built upon principles of the Bachata you already know, Sensual Bachata is a style in itself that requires a solid understanding of its foundational movement and basics. This is exactly what we will dive into during this workshop. We will talk about: - Optimising your frame and point of connections - Using your breath and the bolero principle for preparations - How your weight transfer and your body motion and contra-motion influence your lead and follow This is not about moves but about fully understanding the underlying principles that will support your ongoing sensual bachata learning. We will go through foundational ribcage and hip movements and isolations to understand how to feel each other's placement in a lead and follow context. Be ready to start with a solid warm up of all the muscles you need to be aware of and recruit during the workshop. Cost: $30 per workshop $50 for 2 workshops
