Latin Rumba WaveForm - "Diagonal", "Light and Shade", Basic Contraction & Release Mechanism. 3. CONNECTION SENTIMIENTO Techniques & Intelligence of the motion. Learning to "Let go" and - Leading & Following Roles exchange between partners. Breathing & Chest that lift the Hands (Port-de-bras latin). Synchronization of breathing, Weight, Balance. 4. MUSICALITY THRU THE BODY, MIND, SPIRIT Bachata music structure. Using patterns of bachata with waveforms of the body from the core to the upper/lower body.
