Monthly class Pass: 1.2 M (4 weeks) 7:00pm: Body Movement 8:00pm: Bachata for Beginners (Natasha Yeh, Level 1) - This class is intended to provide serious bachata dance training for beginner level students. The class structure will revolve around fundamentals, good basics and good habits, not only applicable in bachata, but in all partner dances. Absolute beginners are welcome! Come and learn from Asia's top rising bachata dance talent, Natasha Bachata! Come and learn a total of 20 techniques to include the following (but not limited to): 1. Basic step 2. Right/left turns 3. Lead/follow principals 4. Basic bachata footwork 5. 3 point contact 6. Body wave techniques 7. Dominican Bachata 101 8. Sensual Bachata 101 9. Arm styling 101 10. Dip positions ====================================== Brief bio: Natasha trained and performed primarily in Salsa and Bachata, with VIVI WU VGIRLS in Taiwan and Desiree Godsell lady’s team in New York. She co-founded Latina by Sunset in Broome in 2016, where she taught Bachata with a focus on ladies styling. She emphasises fusion type dance and keeping down to earth conversations with people through dancing, especially in variety of latin dances most profoundly Salsa and Bachata. “To me dancing is an act of sharing the inner fire and sense of inclusiveness in the community. I only started dancing when I was 30 years old. I wasn’t born a dancer, but became more passionate after attending many social dance and festivals throughout the world is that it became my journey to learn and connect with many people which fulfilled my soul with joy and satisfaction.
