Bachata Technique: Tense and Release

Intense workshop for those who want to improve their dancing technique and understanding of partner's body movement. Nasi&Vasi are gladly going to share their experience and tips on giving the right tension in certain moves while being able to release it when needed. We are going to go through the palm direction and movement during spins as well as the right amount of tension during spins and body alignment of both partners. Tense and Release technique is also important when partners need to change the distance between each other from one movement to another. Its technical but fun and easy, we promise!
