Bachata Workshop & Lunch – 1st March A Bachata session is coming up for followers who love Bachata and are ready to level up their confidence. I believe that confidence starts with self-belief, and self-belief grows when technique clicks. In this workshop, we’ll focus on isolations and the small details that make a big difference in how you move and also on how you express yourself. This session is all about your individual flow. Let’s build the kind of confidence that naturally takes over the dance floor. After the workshop, stay and enjoy lunch together as we chat about the myths, do’s, and don’ts of Bachata on the dance floor. Whether you join us for a coffee, lunch, snacks, or just drinks, come along for a relaxed and fun conversation. Doors 11:30 12-2pm - Workshop Table booked for lunch and/or drinks from 2pm What to expect A rhythmical warm-up (reggaeton style) to wake up the muscles and set a tropical mood 🌴 Bring the energy — wear your most colourful, comfy outfit (the brighter, the better!) and help create a Dominican-inspired atmosphere. A Dominican footwork session to keep the rhythm alive and grounded in your movement. Body isolation work, taking the rhythm from your toes to your hips. We’ll slow things down, enjoy the softness of the music, and unlock those body rolls — because hips don’t lie 😉 Turns, spins, and balance using props to help you move with more confidence, control, and elegance. To finish, we’ll bring everything together in one dance, letting the music flow so you leave feeling lighter, freer, and more confident in your dancing. What to wear All the colours together!
