All attendees must pre-register via website, no at-the-door sales. http://dayncstudio.com/ ABOUT DENNIS Professional and International Master Instructor, Choreographer, Performer and Musician with over 20 years of Dance Experience. Specializing in Mambo, Salsa, Cha-Cha-Cha, Brazilian Samba, Bachata, Ballroom, Afro-Cuban, African, Hip-Hop and Folkloric Dances. Dennis Allan Alvarado-Lopez, was born in "La Ciudad Senorial" of Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1978. Since an early age, he was introduced to different dance styles and participated in numerous talent shows dancing, playing instruments and theater. In 1994, he started dancing ballet, jazz, modern/lyrical, hip-hop, afro-cuban and Puerto Rican folklore. From 1996 until 2001, he represented Puerto Rico as a Principal Dancer/Choreographer with the "Ballet Folklorico Guarionex" of Puerto Rico in countries such as Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Luxemburg and Spain. He moved to Milwaukee, WI in 1999 to continue his career in Architecture and Environmental Design. He continued dancing with "Ballet Guarionex" for five consecutive years and also started instructing in recognized dance studios such as Latin Rhythms (Chicago,IL), Shut-Up & Dance (Fond du Lac, WI), East Towne Ballroom, Fred Astaire, Gary Allen's, Dance Sport Studios, The Delaware House and Casa Di Danza (Milwaukee, WI). He has also traveled and performed in many Local, National and International Salsa Congresses such as Puerto Rico Salsa Congress, Acapulco Salsa Congress-Mexico, Panama Salsa Congress-Panama City, Chicago International Salsa Congress, IL, L.A. Salsa Congress-CA, Miami Salsa Congress, FL, Cincinnati Salsa Festival and the St. Louis Salsa Congress. He also competed on Season 3 of "So you Think you can Dance" Chicago Finalist and also the current Champion of "Rumba with The Stars" Chicago, IL 2007. After all those years of hard work and dedication, in 2006 his dream finally came true. He started his own business "Dance with "ME" Productions" and also founded the first and very own Mambo Dance Company in the State of Wisconsin, "Mambo Elegancia" Dance Company.He is also the lead Singer/ Musician of "Spanglish Band" for the past 5 years, were he produces shows teach workshops and performs live with "Mambo Elegancia" Dance Company. ---------------------------------------- Terms & Conditions No class credit transfers may be made to anyone.
