A la carte $15/hr - door only) Workshop info: 1-2pm BachaZouk: will cover basics to intermediate Creating shapes - learning to properly begin end movements safely/healthy -using your axis shoulder line/frame/spine 2-3pm Intro Zouk: beginner to intermediate Basics to smooth flowy patterns -lateral, simple turn, boomerang -“skin to skin” connection through counterbalance is all we need -introduce intention/direction in moves and combinations to use less “energy” -creating shapes from your connection 3-4pm Zouk inter/adv: Head movement/elástico -prep before going into head-movement -passive vs active head movement -frame to shoulder line to head connection -elástico **IMPORTANT NOTE** Get there early (try to attend first class!)!
