9pm Blues Dance DJ'd by Amanda Comi & Niko Balcom! Midway through the dance, we'll have a "steal jam" to celebrate March and April birthdays! All-levels, beginner-friendly lesson in blues dance foundations taught by Dr. Jesse and Catherine Cole starts at 8:15pm. Topic this week is close embrace in the context of jukin’ vs ballroomin’ style blues. No partner or prior experience is required! $10 covers the blues foundations lesson and the dance. If you can, wear shoes that can slide. Please avoid wearing strong fragrances. Most people come to dance with everyone there (but if you'd prefer to stick with one person that's okay too).
