Back to Basics Salsa On2 Workshop Sunday December 12th 3-5pm When we think of basics we sometimes think of it as something we only need to work on as a beginner, but we can’t forget that our basics carry on throughout our growth. If we explore different options with our basics we can be more creative with improvisation. Our library of moves doesn’t have to be complicated. We can do a lot with having a little. This workshop is for all levels to transform your dancing. We will cover how to make your basic more dynamic and dimensional. I will cover different options that you have when doing your basic. This will be an intense class covering details with explanations. We will do a footwork sequence that will combine all these elements but not focusing on moves but the intentions. I will offer different ways to move so you can add options and variety to your basics. You may take these intentions and then transfer them to your body and express them how you like.
