Welcome to the first ever Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba festival here in the South-East of Ireland. Taking place at various venues around Carlow Town, Bailando by the Barrow promises to be a wonderful experience, with quality artists, bringing to the people of the South-East a quality product that will show Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba from the streets, all the way to the ballroom.
