𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵: 𝗔 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆. The Bailongo Holiday Monday closing milonga is always a very special, “not to be missed” feature of our festival. This year, we are thrilled to announce that our closer will be held at the historic Plaza Theatre, a 100 year-old performance venue that is just oozing with charm! The milonga be preceded by the projection of the Canadian premiere of the full-length Argentine Feature film “Tuve el Corazon” * directed by Oliver Kolker, as well as the Montreal Tango Community premiere of Véronique Paquette's acclaimed NFB (National Film Board) produced short animation, “LOCA”. * In spanish with english subtitles For more info about the films and the directors: https://www.bailongomontreal.com/films 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 (everything included with your milonga ticket) 🎬 Doors open at 2:30 pm, come early, grab a good seat and mingle🥯 Bagels, snacks & coffee will be served * 📽️ at 3:15 pm: We’ll begin with Veronique’s award-winning animation, “LOCA”, followed by Oliver’s feature film “Tuve el Corazon” 🎤 Both directors will be present for the Q&A that will follow. 🍹 The Plaza’s bar opens after the screenings (cash bar) 💃 We’ll then quickly change around the room and clear the floor for dancing!
