The Baltimore Salsa Bachata Congress is the premiere event in Maryland. The first Salsa-Bachata Congress on the East Coast held every Easter. Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Zouk dancers travel from across the country and all over the world to celebrate and express their passion for music and dancing.
