Featuring Zimbabwean musician Ben Mutandadzi (mbira/vocals), the group blends African drumming, mbira, reggae and Caribbean rhythms into highly danceable, multicultural sets. 🥁 Raio De Sol – An intergenerational Latin street percussion collective blending samba, maracatu and Afro-Brazilian traditions. Known for street-style processions and participatory performances, Raio De Sol celebrates rhythm as a tool for connection, cultural exchange and collective joy. 💃 Kokoloco Dance Studio – Canberra’s premier Latin and Brazilian dance studio, specialising in samba and Afro-Brazilian styles, with dynamic performances that bring movement, colour and energy to the night. 🎧 DJ Dede Da Cruz – A renowned Afro and Afro-Latin DJ, broadcaster and cultural promoter. Born in Guinea-Bissau and shaped by time in Lisbon, London and Mozambique, Dede is known for his “transatlantic” sets connecting African and Afro-Latin rhythms. 🎧 DJ Joshua Madrid – Venezuelan DJ based in Australia, delivering high-energy Latin and multicultural sets spanning salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, bachata and global party favourites.
