Bay Area's Bachata Jack and Jill Contest! 🎉🎉 Join us for a fun and exciting night of Bachata dancing and dance party. 💃🕺🥳 Bay Area's top dance team directors will be judging this fun Jack and Jill contest. Schedule: 🟣 8pm-9pm - Dance class 💃🕺 🟣 9pm-1am - Social dancing 🟣 11pm - Jack and Jill contest 🥳 ⭐️ DJ Edge playing the latest and greatest hits all night! ⭐️ Bachata Dance class by Bachata Sentimiento. ⭐️ Free snacks and fruits provided. ⭐️ No partner or prior dance experience necessary. ⭐️ Everyone dances with everyone. ⭐️ Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. ⭐️ Admission includes everything: Dance class, dance party, free snacks and fruits, etc. Rules for the Jack and Jill: 🔵 This is an amateur contest where we welcome all dancers to participate. 🔵 You don't need a partner, you will randomly be paired up with other dancers. 🔵 The winners will win full pass tickets to the Silicon Valley Nova Dance Festival (September 8-12; https://www.NovaDanceFest.com/ ) 🔵 It's free to participate. 🔵 No need to sign up in advance. 🔵 The Jack and Jill will start at 11pm. 🔵 It's a Bachata Jack and Jill. 🔵 YOU are welcome to participate! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Everyone is welcome. No partner or prior experience necessary. All ages welcome. When: Saturday August 27th, 8pm-1am Venue: Studio S Broadway Address: 2047 Broadway, Redwood City Tickets: * $15 - Early bird special: Must pay with Venmo no later than Wednesday before the event. After Wednesday price is $20. For Venmo instructions, see below. * $20 - Regular admission. Includes everything (dance class, dance party, fruits, snacks, etc.). * Free admission for students (with a valid Student ID) who are no more than 25 years of age and arrive before 8:30pm. When you arrive to the event your name will already be on the guestlist. Please send money without the Venmo transaction fee. Normal transactions do not have any fees.
