Beckenham Bash - Monthly Salsa Party, with Salsa Legend, Nicolai V!

It's the November Beckenham Bash, and we are delighted to welcome back Salsa legend Nicolai V to Beckenham! For those you who are not familiar with Nicolai, he is the founder of iSalsa, and is one of the longest-serving Salsa teachers, DJ’s and promoters in the UK. He was, until recently, based in Leeds and has won many awards for his outstanding contribution to the UK Salsa Scene over the last 20 years. He is well-known both at home and abroad for his work at Salsa congresses and holidays, becoming one of the most popular and best-loved salsa personalities in the country. Nicolai has a very unique teaching style, with a fun and friendly approach, which enables him to get the best out of his students, while they acquire the necessary tools and techniques to dance Salsa. Now that Nicolai has moved down to London, this is an ideal opportunity to experience his iSalsa method at it’s best! Schedule for the evening: Doors open at 7.45pm 8.15pm: Salsa warm-up with Nicolai in the Main Hall, followed by Intermediate Salsa class with Nicolai & Ania. and Salsa classes at Improver Level in the Small Hall with the SalsaMania teaching Team. Followed immediately by parties in both rooms! 9.15pm to 12am, music by Mark & Fluffy, bringing you the best and most dancable Salsa & Bachata music in the Main Hall, and a smooth melting pot of Kizomba, Semba & Afro-beats in the Small Hall! The Beckenham Public Hall, Beckenham, located close to Beckenham town centre, is a Grade II listed Victorian building. The two halls we use for dancing have beautiful lofted ceilings, sprung wooden dancefloors and a sumptious decor of chandeliers and dance paintings. It is a stunning venue, clean, and with pleasant and helpful staff who will go out of their way to help us where required.
