The purpose is to make encourage beginners, make them feel welcome and engage them to be part of the community. What is a Taxi Dancer? It is a volunteer who is essentially there to dance with the attendees. What do I have to do? From 11:00pm to 1:00am, Your job will be to dance with people in the Salsa room that either ask you to or people who are standing on the side and seem a little nervous about asking someone and initiating a dance themselves. Perks? In exchange for such a wonderful gesture you will get a free entry each evening. Who do I contact to become a Taxi Dancer?
