About this Event
What is Zouk?
This amazing dance we call Brazilian Zouk evolved from another Brazilian dance called Lambada. It took some alterations so it would fit movements to a slower kind of music - Zouk rhythm, a French Caribbean music. The word zouk means party... and it could not be more right!!!

Our Values
We believe in a knowlege construction methodology where our students are the main key to what will be taught. We organise our classes in a way we match our students main needs and key interests, so they can feel they are in control of their own learning process. It brings self-confidence and increases their interest in going deep on learning since we value our students individuality, own ways of expression, creativity and major goals.
I already dance zouk! Can I still join beginners term?
Of course you can! :) "Basics are something we can keep improving without ever really stopping. They are also basic in the sense that they are fundamental. This means that they are the foundation on which the whole of your dance rests. If your basics are good, it makes the whole of your dance look and feel better.
