Beginner Lindy Hop 2

Dates: September 3, 10, & 17 Lesson Time: 6:30-7:30pm Location: Des Moines Ballroom (1925 High St, Des Moines, IA 50309) Who: Everyone! No partner or experience required. Cost: $45/person for 3-weeks ($30/person with current student ID) Instructors: Cara Held & Nicole Bramow Pre-registration required at heartlandswing.com/classes Lindy Hop is the core of swing dancing. Dating back to the 1920's in Harlem, NY, the Lindy Hop grew out of African American dances. In this course you will continue to refine and expand on the 8-count Lindy Hop basic through the connection of your footwork, the music, & your partner. Beginner Lindy Hop 1 or previous Lindy Hop experience is suggested for this course. Pre-registration required. Registration closes 1 week before the class starts. In the unlikely event that there isn’t enough interest, we will notify you, issue a refund, and reschedule the class for a later date. No refunds unless class is cancelled or rescheduled.
