BEGINNERS 8 WEEK SALSA COURSE

New 8 week Salsa Course for beginners at The Gasyard Centre .... if you missed last course then get signed up for this course so you don't miss out. You don't need a partner or any experience to join this course. Just come along and enjoy, meet new people, learn how to dance and get some exercise along the way too. You will learn : Lead/Follow technique Basic footwork Basic turns Partner work Musicality Footwear is important so we would advise that you wear comfortable shoes (ladies preferably a shoe with a heel - but not compulsory), all shoes should have smooth soles. No trainers, wedge shoes or any shoes with grips as they can damage your ankles/knees. Cost for the 8 week course is £56 (payable on the first night or spread over the first 2 weeks of the course).
