Beginners East Coast Swing & Bal

Find your Swing! Sam and Claire have teamed up to offer beginners classes in East Coast Swing and Bal-swing! There'll also be the chance to practice and socialise in a friendly and relaxed setting. East Coast is a six-beat Swing dance in either single or triple rhythm. Lots of rotation and funky turn patterns with a Latin flavour. Generally the music is mid-tempo, so great for dancing all night. Bal-swing is an eight-beat dance, nice and steady... Classes will be every Wednesday at the Louis Marchesi in Norwich: East Coast Swing - 7 till 7.45pm Bal-Swing - 8 till 8.45pm Practice - 8.45 till 10pm Prices are £8 per class or £15 if you wanna do both!
