Beginners Samba & Brazil Fit with Sophie

Feeling you over overindulged a little since Christmas? You're not alone and we have something to help, it's time to get Brazil Fit with Sophie! The amazing Sophie Contreras from Fisica Dance will be running two 3 week taster courses before she jets off to dance in Rio's famous Carnival! From Saturday 18th January, 2020 (18th Jan, 25th Jan, 1st Feb) 3 Wk Samba Beginners: 12:00pm - 1:00pm Learn the fundamentals of Samba, have some fun and work up a sweat to the intoxicating sounds of Samba! (No dance experience required) $60 Course (do both courses for $110) 3 Wk Brazil Fit: 1:00pm - 2:00pm Stamina, speed & power! You will do some very basic dance rhythms to get the cardio pumping, combined with plenty of conditioning work to make those muscles burn and work out those butts in true Brazilian style!
