This potent 3-day improvisational workshop explores attunement to the authentic and emotional experience of our dances. Working primarily in duet pairs, we’ll investigate deep connection to self while in dynamic exchange with another. Through precise guidance, we’ll refine our inner alignment, translating reactions into attuned responses and transforming inter-relational challenges into fluent movement and embodied understanding. Technique, safety, and prowess will arise from properly aligned energy. This workshop is open to people with all levels of experience. Stuart Phillips lives in Port Townsend, Washington and has taught and performed CI worldwide for over 40 years, with a potent emphasis on efficient transformational relational healing.
