We open up to impulses and pulsations from both, the inside and the outside. We are moved by external impulses like touch, music and our perception of the surrounding. We experience following and leading. By manipulation we learn how to direct and give clear impulses to the body. Which helps us to explore lifts and going down together. We also play with upside down positions for more possibilities to use momentum and flow together. I have to be fully present to be able to listen to what moves me, either a stimulus from my partner or my internal impulse. We will connect a lot with principles from martial arts. How to move or to manipulate some one with out effort. How can I be clear with direction and force. All that will be intertwine with some lifs and a lot of playfulness which is the most importat. How can I stay playfull with in changing enviroment. TEACHER DESCRIPTION: Paweł Konior - performer, dancer, teacher. �After graduating Academy of Physical Education and Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, Paweł has been working in the fields of performing arts in Holland,Belgium and Poland as a dancer and performer for several years. Working with such artists as Rita Vilhena, Pedro Goucha, Einat Tuchman, More Shani, T.r.a.s.h Company, Ugo Dehaes, Tomasz Wygoda, Iwona Olszowska. Before dancing Paweł has been training gymnastics, tennis and running. His sport background had a big impact on his way of moving and teaching where improvisation is intertwined with technique and precision. Paweł has a specific and organic way of working, with a lot of playfulness, spontaneity, creating environment for people to learn and adapt to constantly changing situations, which allows them to nourish their true potential. “ We are never in balance...searching for harmony and balance is a constant process.
