Description: This workshop will provide entrance to experience the nature of self in communion with the natural world. We will work on sensitively opening and resting into being, deepening awareness for our surroundings, observing nature's inherent qualities and influence through self explorative movement and partner work. Involving listening, giving space and receiving. Mornings we meet in the water to tune with the ocean. Afternoons we will be on a wild beach, embraced by rocks and forest. The final day we meet to harvest observations and poetry from our experience of being nature. In the water we will meditate, slow down, surrender, relax tension and thinking, deeply breath and sound. With a partner, give space and time for deepening connection with self and water, embody its qualities, receive its wisdom. On the land we will discover new ways of being with nature; how to approach the elemental world differently, and ourselves being undefined. Employing meditative movement, contact improvisational tools, individual and group scores. We will connect, embody and dance with trees, rocks and wind. And open ourselves for the timeless gifts nature shares with us. Price and registration: 1500 baht Only 8 places available. It is required to attend all 3 days.
