Idéalement situé au cœur des Châteaux de la Loire, entre Tours et Amboise, à 9km de la gare TGV de Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, la Bourdaisière est un château classé monument historique (XIV°-XVI° siècle), entouré d’un parc de 55 hectares. HEBERGEMENT Il y a des possibilités de logement au Château, dans la limite d’une soixantaine de personnes. Pour cela, nous vous invitons à contacter vous-même le château, en précisant votre venue pour le tango (Tel : +33 (0)2 47 45 16 31 ou par mail : [email protected]). Tarif des chambres : • Chambre double au Pavillon : 105€ par nuit • Chambre double au Château : 130€ par nuit • Chambre double luxe : 155€ par nuit • Appartement (2 chambres doubles) pour 4 personnes : 230€ par nuit • Ajout d'un lit supplémentaire (quelle que soit la catégorie de chambre) : 30€ par nuit, dans la limite de 1 lit par chambre. La gestion de la réservation des chambres étant indépendante de notre organisation, nous vous invitons à consulter auprès du Château les conditions en cas d’annulation de votre part. Vous trouverez également un large choix de gîtes, chambres d’hôtes, locations de particuliers, hôtels, etc., sur les communes du château et des environs, en consultant des sites tels que Abritel, Airbnb, Booking, etc. INSCRIPTION NOUS ATTIRONS VOTRE ATTENTION SUR LE FAIT QUE, SELON LES DERNIERES ANNONCES GOUVERNEMENTALES EN FRANCE, LA PRESENTATION D'UN PASS VACCINAL VALIDE ET A VOTRE NOM CONDITIONNERA L'ENTREE AU MARATHON. Pour vous inscrire : • 1ère étape : Envoyez-nous une demande par mail à [email protected] en inscrivant « Bella Ciao 2022 » dans l’objet du message, à partir du 15 novembre 2021. Pour les inscriptions en couple, chaque partenaire devra nous envoyer une demande par mail. Merci de nous préciser dans ce mail les informations suivantes : - Votre nom et votre prénom - Votre ville et votre pays d’origine - Si vous êtes leader et/ou follower - Votre profil Facebook - Les 3 derniers marathons auxquels vous avez participé - Le nom de votre partenaire - Si vous avez un régime alimentaire ou une allergie alimentaire à signaler en particulier • 2ème étape : Nous souhaitons que ce marathon soit l’occasion de réunir des tangueros de toutes origines, aussi y aura-t-il un quota quant aux inscriptions des tangueros de Touraine. Nous souhaitons également assurer une certaine parité. Si votre inscription a été retenue, vous recevrez un email vous invitant à effectuer le paiement par transfert bancaire ou par chèque. • 3ème étape : Vous recevrez un email confirmant la réception de votre paiement et, par la même, votre inscription. ALOJAMIENTO Hay posibilidades de alojamiento en el Castillo (en el limite de unas 60 personas ; la reserva de las habitaciones la puede gestionar llamando directamente al Castillo, especificando que es para el evento de tango ; Tel : +33 (0)2 47 45 16 31 o por email : [email protected]). Precios de las habitaciones : • Habitación doble en el Pavillon : 105€ por noche • Habitación doble en el Castillo : 130€ por noche • Habitación doble Deluxe : 155€ por noche • Apartamento (2 habitaciones dobles) para 4 personas : 230€ por noche • Cama individual supletoria (cual sea la categoria de la habitación) : 30€ por noche, en el limite de una cama por habitación. La gestión de la reserva de las habitaciones siendo indepediente de nuestra organiación, tiene que consultar con el Castillo las condiciones en caso de cancelación. Existe también una gran oferta de alquiler de casas, de hoteles, de albergues, etc., en la localidad del castillo y su alrededor. Podéis consultar páginas como Airbnb, Abritel, Booking, etc. INSCRIPCIONES TENGA EN CUENTA QUE, SEGÚN LOS ÚLTIMOS ANUNCIOS GUBERNAMENTALES EN FRANCIA, LA PRESENTACIÓN DE UN CERTIFICADO DE VACUNACIÓN EN VIGOR A SU NOMBRE CONDICIONARÁ LA ENTRADA AL MARATÓN. • Etapa 1 : envíenos una solicitud por correo electrónico a [email protected] escribiendo "Bella Ciao 2022" en el asunto del mensaje, a partir del 15 de noviembre del 2021. Para parejas, cada persona debe enviarnos una solicitud por correo electrónico. Por favor díganos en este correo electrónico la siguiente información: - Su nombre y su apellido - Su ciudad y país de origen - Si es líder y / o seguidor - Su perfil de Facebook - Los últimos 3 maratones en los que participó - El nombre de su pareja - Si tiene una dieta particular o alergia alimentaria • Etapa 2 : queremos que este maratón sea una oportunidad para reunir tangueros de todos los orígenes y también asegurar cierta paridad. Si su registro ha sido exitoso, recibirá un correo electrónico invitándole a realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria. • Etapa 3 : recibirá un correo electrónico confirmando el recibo de su pago y, por el mismo, su registro. En caso de cancelación por su parte, no se realizará ningún reembolso y su registro no podrá transferirse a otra persona (excepto bajo ciertas condiciones). • Etapa 4 : ¡Nos vemos el viernes 11 de marzo del 2022!
