Op het Wiel van het Jaar valt het tussen de lente-equinox en de zonnewende. Het woord Beltine in het Oud-Keltisch betekent ongeveer "schitterend vuur ter ere van de god Belenus," die de beschermer van de mensen was. Met dit festival stappen we volledig de lichte helft van het jaar binnen. Nieuwe beginnen ontstaan, nieuw leven ontluikt. Alles wordt vreugdevoller, levendiger, en de natuur begint te geven… Het gebeurd allemaal in de natuur, dus mogen we die uitdaging weer aangaan en daar in dansen. Het is altijd weer een speciaal moment wanneer je zo verbonden bent en je jezelf kan laten gaan in het moment. Soms met regen, soms met de maan en heldere hemel, soms is het koud en soms wat warmer. PROGRAMMA We ontmoeten elkaar 19:50 uur op de parkeerplaats bij het begin van het Abtswoudse Bos en ( 20:00) lopen dan gezamenlijk naar de plek "Moeder Aarde". We warmen op met de klanken van de natuur en de drum, om daarna langzaam op te gaan in je dansreis met je eigen Silent Disco Koptelefoon op een magische Ecstatic Dance Mix van Eva.
